A class for mums from 12 weeks postpartum, designed to support your recovery and wellbeing after birth. You’ll work on core strength, pelvic floor, posture, and overall mobility - all at a pace that feels right for you. Pre- walking babies are welcome. Throughout the class, whether they’re sleeping, feeding, or joining in. The environment is relaxed and flexible, with plenty of space for real life.
